Daniel Treiman, REALTOR®

A Sarasota native and third-generation real estate professional, Daniel Treiman followed in the footsteps of his grandfather and has joined his mother, Lenore Treiman – a top agent at Michael Saunders for 23 years, on The Treiman Team. Daniel was first licensed in Florida in 2004, intially working as a real estate assistant and marketing consultant at Michael Saunders & Company. He also worked at top NYC brokerage Prudential Douglas Elliman on luxury sales in Manhattan.

Daniel has a passion for real estate and a track record of success in the ecommerce industry as well. He is a top direct-to-consumer expert and trained chef who cooked at two of the world’s top restaurants and launched leading meal kit company HelloFresh as COO. He has run several online businesses and brings extensive digital marketing, operations, and negotiation experience to the real estate industry. He is efficient, organized, and an excellent communicator, facilitating smooth transactions that make his clients feel comfortable and confident.

A licensed REALTOR with a decade plus banking industry career spanning across major financial markets, and as Director of Large Corporate and International Communications for 5/3 Bank, Kelly Sallee has conceptualized, developed, executed and managed communication, marketing and client profile strategies within the large corporate, international, commercial real estate lending and treasury management spaces.

Sallee made a career of exceeding the needs and expectations of high profile and high net worth commercial real estate lending clients during her time with Wachovia Bank, N.A (Wells Fargo) in the Washington DC and New York, New York markets. East Coast born and raised, Kelly earned her B.A. in communications in the greater Washington DC area. She now resides in Sarasota, FL with her husband and two children.

Amy Cullen

Amy Cullen’s diverse work with clients has allowed her to develop a specialized skill set focused on understanding client needs. Possessing her Masters in Speech Language Pathology and licensure in multiple states, she is a masterful listener, communicator, and advocate. Amy also has a deep understanding of lighting, spatial awareness, composition, and cohesion to maximize each property. With over 10 years as a professional photographer and artist, she has had her artwork and jewelry featured in galleries in Atlanta and also paints custom commissions for collectors.

Amy’s strong collaboration skills paired with her artistic eye and attention for detail make her a valuable team member. After moving from Kauai, Amy now resides in Lakewood Ranch with her husband and two daughters. She spends most of her spare time supporting her daughter’s interests, and you will likely find her on a golf course or at the stables.
