About Amy Cullen

Amy Cullen joined the prestigious Treiman Team in January 2023, bringing a unique blend of skills honed through her diverse professional background. With a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, Amy is a masterful listener, communicator, and advocate for her clients.

Amy’s transition into real estate was inspired by her own positive experience as a homebuyer when relocating from Hawaii three years ago. This personal journey ignited her passion for the industry and motivated her to join Lenore Treiman’s team, where she continues to learn and grow.

Her previous career as a Speech-Language Pathologist honed Amy’s ability to deeply understand client needs, set clear goals, and guide individuals with empathy and patience—qualities that seamlessly transition into her real estate practice.

Amy’s background as a professional photographer and artist for over a decade adds another dimension to her real estate expertise. Her artistic eye and understanding of light, composition, and color theory allow her to showcase properties in their best light and help clients envision the potential in every space.

Guided by core values of genuine connection, trust, and rapport, Amy strives to create a positive and seamless experience for each client. Her strong collaboration skills, paired with her meticulous attention to detail, make her a valuable asset to the Treiman Team.

Amy currently resides in Lakewood Ranch with her husband and two daughters. When not serving her clients, she can often be found supporting her daughters’ interests or hanging out on golf courses or at the stables. Her artwork and jewelry have been featured in galleries in Atlanta, and she continues to create custom commissions for collectors, further showcasing her creative talents.

With her unique skill set, professional approach, and commitment to client satisfaction, Amy Cullen, REALTOR®, is well-equipped to guide you through every step of your real estate journey.
